Back in August, a customer from the United States reached out to us with a bold idea: he wanted a fully custom fairing kit for 2026 Suzuki GSX-R750, painted in the Seattle Seahawks color scheme.

The Request: A Custom 2026 GSX-R750 Fairing Kit

This was a 100% custom job — there was no existing design, no reference kit, and nothing we could pull from our library. To make sure we captured his vision accurately, we asked him to send us any reference materials he had: images, inspiration, anything that helped us understand the look he wanted.

He responded quickly with a set of AI-generated design concepts. They weren’t production-ready files, but they gave us a clear picture of the direction he was after — and that was exactly what we needed to get started.

The Challenge

Because the design was so unique, every decal for this 2026 GSX-R750 fairing kit had to be created and cut from scratch based on his images. There was no template to follow.

Then, during production, we ran into a real problem.

The design for the front fender featured a decal that was simply too large for the fender’s strongly curved surface. Decals are flat and don’t stretch, so when applied to a surface with that much curvature, they wrinkle and won’t sit flat — no matter how carefully you apply them.

We explained the issue to the customer and suggested redesigning the front fender decal into something smaller and better suited to the curve. He agreed — and came back with a new design that not only fit better, but in his own words, actually looked better than the original.

The Build

Here’s how the timeline came together:

• August 15 — Production began on the 2026 GSX-R750 fairing kit.
• September 9 — We sent photos to the customer for review.

At that point, we had completed three layers of base coat and applied all the decals. The next step was clear coat — but only after the customer confirmed he was happy with the colors and graphics.

The Feedback

His response was fantastic.

He said the colors were exactly what he wanted, the decals were perfect, and the redesigned front fender was spot on. Everything was, in his words, “perfect.” He couldn’t wait to receive the kit.

The Final Touch

Upon receiving his confirmation, we immediately applied two additional layers of clear coat over the entire kit — bringing out a deeper, glossier finish across all the panels.

Delivery

Due to recent trade and tariff policy changes, shipping took longer than usual — but the kit arrived safely in October, with the packaging in excellent condition.

What’s Next?

The customer hasn’t installed the fairings on his 2026 Suzuki GSX-R750 yet. We’re waiting to see his install photos or video — and we can’t wait to share them with you when they arrive.

This project reminded us why we love what we do: taking a customer’s idea — even one that starts as an AI sketch — and turning it into something real, custom, and built to fit.
