Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products. All our fairing kits are backed by a robust warranty for your confidence and protection.
Warranty Period
Standard Fairing Kits: 180-day warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
The warranty covers:
- Cracking or splitting of materials under normal use
- Color fading or peeling under normal weather conditions
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Poor fitment that prevents proper installation
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or improper installation
- Modifications made to the fairings after purchase
- Damage from improper cleaning chemicals or methods
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage during shipping (this is handled separately through our shipping damage policy)
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe you have a warranty issue, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team through the “Contact Us” page
- Provide your order number and photos/video clearly showing the issue
- Our technical team will review your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, we will either replace or refund the defective parts
