What should I do if I receive defective parts ?

If you receive defective parts, please email us photos or a video clearly showing the issue. Once we confirm the defect, we’ll promptly send a replacement.

How do I order a custom fairing kit ?
  • Simple customizations: Changes like color adjustments, layout modifications, or adding/removing stickers are free. Simply include your requests in the “Order Notes” section during checkout.
  • Complex custom designs: For more intricate designs, please email us to discuss your ideas with our design team. We’ll work with you to create the perfect custom fairing.
What is your warranty policy ?

We offer a 180-day warranty that covers defects in materials, craftsmanship, fading, peeling, cracking, melting, or fitment issues. If you encounter any quality problems or receive damaged parts, please email us photos or a video of the issue, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Do you provide an installation manual ?

Our fairing kits do not come with an installation manual. However, they are designed as OEM replacements, ensuring a 100% precise fit. If you’re familiar with installing original fairings, you’ll find our kits easy to install.

Do I have to pay tax & customs duty ?

Taxes and customs duties vary by country and region. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. If you need help estimating these costs, please contact us for assistance.

What is your cancellation, refund and return policy ?

1) Fairing Finish Variations: Our fairing kits are designed to meet a wide range of customer preferences. As a result, the finish—including paint and decals (size, position)—may not perfectly match your existing or specific fairing. While we cannot guarantee an exact match, we strive to make it as close as possible.

2) Aftermarket Fairings: All fairings sold on our site are aftermarket products, not OEM fairings. If you require OEM fairings, please contact authorized dealers.

3) Installation Tips: For fairing kit installation, we recommend using your bike’s stock bolts or purchasing bolts specifically designed for your motorcycle. Our universal bolts are made of aluminum and may not be suitable for all motorcycles.
